Tess Goldhagen

Tess Goldhagen is the research and business development associate for Middlelayers. Tess is involved in designing, developing, and determining the scope of the technological platform. She is the primary point of contact responsible for coordinating with stakeholders and consultants and building partnerships with communities, organizations, and city leaders. Tess graduated from McGill University, where she studied international development and sociology. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and relaxing on the beach.

Benjamin “Trey” Ritzert

Trey Ritzert is the director of marketing and digital technology for Middlelayers. Trey implements community engagement strategies over multiple social media and digital platforms. His marketing strategy draws attention to health disparities and inequalities in health care and raises awareness of our technological solutions Trey is a graduate of Florida State College where he studied digital media and animation. He is a digital evangelist. His free time is dedicated to the arts, animation and finding ‘hole in the wall’ places to eat.

 Dr. Mintu Bachann

Overseeing the design, development and implementation of the Middlelayers platform is the Founder and CEO, Dr. Mintu Bachann.

He has started and/or worked with several technology start-ups, which IPO’d, or sold to private equity. He has worked for several Fortune 500 companies, including Strayer Education, Bank of America and Oracle, and has created over 20 types of cloud-based and enterprise software. In his free time, he enjoys watching the Fighting Irish, the Cowboys, and Golf, and reading theorems of Bayes, Neumann and Nash. Dr. Bachann received his D.Sc. from Institute for Artificial Intelligence, at School of Engineering and Applied Science, at George Washington University.
